1) must be able to lift up to 50lbs mixing bowls 2) must be responsible to wake up early 3) must be able to communicate and grow with the head baker 4) must have a passion for providing the best quality donuts every day 5) willing to grow with the team 6) extreme attention to detail Baker job descriptions :
- frying donuts and cakes - operate equipments - put toppings on donuts - ensuring cleanliness of work area - communicating with kitchen back staff for daily donut quantities - assisting head baker - mop/sweep more details will be given during a job interview.
