We currently have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Fitness/Activity Coordinator at our Assisted Living, Enhanced Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
The Fitness/Activity Coordinator is responsible for planning developing, organizing, implementing, and directing person-centered care programs, physical activities and other events in Assisted Living and Memory Care for residents based on our residents' interests, needs and abilities to enrich the lives of our residents.
This individual is also responsible for helping with other activates as directed for Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
This is a part-time position, Monday - Friday 10:
00 AM - 5:
00 PM (average of 25-29 Hours per week).
Some weekends and evenings as needed.
Days & Hours may vary depending on community's needs.
Must be available M-F during the hours of 10:
00 - 5:
00 pm.
