Monitor and analyze the performance of our brand campaigns, including analytics and adjust strategies as needed Manage and coordinate projects with our design outsource team, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining strong relationships with our designers.
Stay up-to-date with Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to optimize our content for reach and engagement Develop and maintain our brand calendar, outlining campaign timelines, deliverables, and milestones, including giveaways and community initiatives Create compelling and personalized brand email content and Canva graphics that resonate with our target audience Coordinate the logistics of our inventory, placing orders weekly and ensuring accurate and timely delivery Manage Amazon Storefront WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR You have at least 2
years experience related to social media marketing related to influencer activity (not experience as a social media influencer) You're able to think on your feet and multi-task while being super organized and meticulously meeting deadlines You find unique ways to solve difficult problems and challenge the status quo with a growth mindset about how we can improve You consistently meet or beat deadlines, even under pressure, to maintain a regular and reliable content posting schedule.
You love analyzing data and metrics, such as page views and reader behavior, to make well- informed decisions about content strategy.
You have an adaptive writing style to adjust based on the platform (e.
