Summary:
The Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for providing a welcoming presence and excellent service to patients, families, visitors, and staff through the information we impart, and the personal attention we give each guest.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred Minimum 3 years experience professional work experience required; health care setting preferred Computer proficiency required Collaborative work ethic, independent problem solving skills, attention to detail, positive and professional demeanor with high integrity and ethics are all qualities necessary to be successful in this position Available to meet the needs of the department by working additional shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish preferred Certification/Licensure:
